Product take off service

As an account customer you may wish to take advantage of our no cost, material take off service. This has proven to be very popular with many of our busy developers, from your drawings we pick out and quantify the materials you request to create a detailed schedule. The final Excel file will show contract totals, plot sub totals down to individual elevation level, we always negotiate your material rates prior to creating your take off – doing so ensures that you remain confident that you are buying at the best rates available (and confirms to you that this service is indeed a benefit and not at any extra cost!). This service is designed to save you time and effort whilst providing you with a detailed breakdown of your contract’s requirements, enabling you to create an accurate site call off order - confident that there is minimal scope for either annoying shortages or costly and potentially wasteful, oversupply.
